Introduction:
Dhaka Residential Model College Model United Nations Association (DRMCMUNA) is a 4-year-old club of Dhaka Residential Model College. Since its inception in 2019, the club aims to provide an opportunity for individuals to practice public speaking and showcase their diplomatic and leadership skills. The focus of DRMCMUNA is to improve socialisation skills, communication skills, public speaking skills, comprehension skills, research efforts, cooperation, negotiation, and writing skills. The club aims to develop the interpersonal skills of students so that they can excel in their respective careers.
Club Coordinator and Moderators:
The club is managed by a trusted executive committee headed by Mohammad Nurun Nabi, Associate Professor, as the Chief Club Coordinator, Rashed Al Mahmud, Associate Professor, as the Convenor, and Md. Afzal Hossen, Lecturer, as the Moderator.
Objectives:
DRMCMUNA aims to:

· Improve socialisation and communication skills
· Promote comprehension and research skills
· Develop cooperation and negotiation skills
· Develop writing skills
· Help students achieve their goals and become effective leaders
Activities:
DRMCMUNA has actively participated in various Model United Nations conferences and achieved notable successes. The club has received awards and recognition in various categories, demonstrating the potential and talent of its delegates. Some of the achievements include:
· Best Delegation Award at the Eventrra Model United Nations General Assembly 2021
· Special Mention, Outstanding Delegate and Verbal Mention awards from various conferences such as Notre Dame College Model United Nations Conference 2022, Oxford International School Model United Nations 2022, Jahangirnagar University Model United Nations 2022, Sunnydale Model United Nations 2022 and Adamjee Model United Nations Session I 2022.
· Individual awards in categories such as Best Strategist, Outstanding Delegate, Special Mention and Verbal Mention.
National Festival:
DRMCMUNA organised its own Model United Nations conference titled "DRMC Model United Nations 2023". The conference featured 12 committees and welcomed participants from over 50 institutions. Eminent guests including politicians and dignitaries attended the conference which was co-sponsored by LankaBangla Finance, Trust Bank, CodersTrust and Supreme Chemi International. The United Nations Bangladesh was the strategic partner of the conference.

Through its participation in various Model United Nations conferences, DRMCMUNA has demonstrated its commitment to developing students' skills and providing them with valuable experiences. The club's achievements reflect the dedication and talent of its delegates, and it continues to strive for excellence in developing leadership and diplomatic skills among the students of Dhaka Residential Model College.
